The successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

Impact on the business :

- Responsible to co-ordinate Roadshows globally including initiating periodic planning exercises to confirm demand and timing of roadshows, managing a central roadshows calendar, communicating consolidated view to Sales teams, maintaining oversight of end-to-end roadshows activities and track/complete pre-roadshow preparations.

- Responsible to support and oversee Cross Border Approvals activities. Provide Sales support by monitoring cross border requests for Sales & Investment teams and following up with Compliance teams on cross border requests to ensure timely approvals. Will also be responsible to prepare KPI reports for management information.

- Assist with the maintenance and implementation of the Cross Border Business Activities procedures

- Assist with the maintenance and development of the Cross-border tool. The job holder will play an active role in executing processes and suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing ones.

- Capture new user feature requests and raise with the IT team for development, track progress, conduct functionality testing and communicate to users upon implementation

- Work with internal customers and relevant stakeholders to continually improve the services provided by the role holder. A key part of this will include identifying inefficiencies within current processes, proposing methods to optimize the processes including through automation or digital solutions.

- Back up for the other team members

Customers/Stakeholders:

- Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Investments, Product Specialists, Compliance, Legal etc.

- Periodically identify stakeholders, analyse their needs and expectations, and effectively communicate with stakeholders

Teamwork:

- Collegiate working style with the ability to engage across all levels of management.

- The role holder will work closely with stakeholders on a global basis and so will need to be able to work effectively remotely and across time-zones

What you will need to succeed in the role:

- Qualification - Graduate or equivalent qualification

- 8-10 years of experience in the industry of Finance, Knowledge /Experience in asset management industry is appreciated

- Stakeholder management is a critical attribute, the ability to work as a team player is must.

- Fair understanding of technology that can be used for Analytics and automation of processes (e.g., Power BI , Alteryx)

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills

- Client Focus

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail combined with the ability to take ownership of issues, work independently with confidence, and deliver to deadlines in line with expectations is critically important

- Proficient with Microsoft office applications - (e.g. PPT, Word, Excel)

- Proactive /Self-starter with good influencing skills

What additional skills will be good to have?

- Knowledge of Institutional and Fund business

- Attention to detail and quality focused

- Analytical thinking and good with designing new workflows
