Our client is at the forefront of innovation within the InsurTech sector. We are presently recruiting a seasoned professional with expertise in devising cross-selling and upselling strategies within the realm of life insurance.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement a holistic cross-selling and upselling strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company's business goals and customer segmentation.
- Achieving revenue growth and optimizing customer value by implementing highly effective cross-selling and upselling tactics.
- Recognizing chances to provide current policyholders with supplementary insurance products and services, thereby elevating customer retention rates and broadening the company's market presence.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Insurance sector
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating the capacity to influence and engage with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Proficient grasp of customer segmentation and adeptness in employing targeted marketing strategies tailored to specific channels and touchpoints.
