1. Responsible for implementing strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
2. Will be responsible to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
4. Responsible for managing client relations post acquisition
5. Generating references from existing clients
6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
7. Responsible for providing required training session and keep team motivated.
8. He will be handling a team of 10 to 15 members for opening demat accounts and has to get his team targets completed.
Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
