We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development/Sales professional to spearhead the expansion of our business in India and Overseas.
Role Summary:
- As a Sales Hunter in the realm of software services outsourcing, your primary responsibility is to acquire new clients and foster business growth within the software services outsourcing domain. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Your focus will be on generating leads, initiating contact, and cultivating relationships to secure new business opportunities. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & New Business Development.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated success in sales and account management, specifically targeting the Canadian market.
- Proven track record of selling Staff Augmentation, Software Engineering Services, Product Sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Understanding of Basic Software Engineering and Terminologies
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (example: Salesforce, Odoo)
- Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
