Position : AVP Sales

Reporting To : CMO

Industry : Realty Company in Mumbai

Full time MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School.

Role Overview

- The person would be responsible for executing sales strategies for achieving the corporate goals. It would be required by the person to implement sales strategies to drive gains in the sales figures. The person would also be expected to lead and mentor the other member of the team Typical Duties - Responsible to execute a viable corporate sales strategy

- Achieve Sales targets and monitor revenue collections.

- Develop upselling and cross selling methodology for revenue generation

- Propose and recommend market penetration strategies to develop and expand market share

- Motivate, manage, mentor and train the sales team

- Manage events, roadshows and exhibitions to build brand presence and perception

- Build relations and enhance channel and institutional business

- Present to the management on key achievements.

Skills, Knowledge, Education & Experience - Qualification – MBA from Tier 1 & 2 MBA colleges only with strong sales background

- Prefer MBA in Finance -

- Experience of apprx 12 years in sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Should be a self starter, multi-tasking and adaptable

- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines

- Prior experience in managing a team of sales professionals

- Prior experience of having managed luxury goods and dealt with HNI clientele
