- Should have sound exposure to various sourcing models for LAP business - DSA, CA connectors, Direct sourcing, Cross Sell (DSA being primary requirement)
- Responsible for developing business strategies and managing the sales team in order to achieve set sales targets & revenues.
- Responsible for P&L of the region
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
- Responsible for entering into strategic alliances with business partners - Corporate, Associations, Developers etc. to expand the demand funnel.
- Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC
- Determine on-going product evolution/development priorities.
