- Define the business strategy in terms of solutions offering, alliances, target customers, marketing activities and resources
- Responsible for the achievement of Business Objectives Order Intake, Market Share, Contribution and Top Line as defined in the Business Plan by working actively with all stakeholders
- Develop Appropriate Solutions in collaboration with Strategic OEM partners and In house design team.
- Deepening Customer relationship Focus on Target segments.
- Maintain high standards of Sales discipline. Update and review teams/opportunities on SFDC in a timely manner.
- Driving Revenue and profitable business growth targets.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives through new customer acquisition, account mining and development
- Recruiting, leading, mentoring & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets
