AVP - Sales - Insurance

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Acquisition role - Mid to large corporates

- Ability to lead & mentor team

- Ability to engage with CFO / HR heads or key decision-makers independently

- Making appointments and identifying key decision-makers

- Account management and relationship management

- Owning client through entire sales cycle

- Ownership of P & L

Skill Requirements:

- Should have spent time in client acquisition across sectors - Manufacturing, IT&ITES, Pharma, Facilities management etc

- Ability to engage with CFO / HR heads or key decision makers independently

- Healthy pool of existing Network

- Sound product knowledge across - Fire, Marine, Group Mediclaim, Engineering, Liability

- Self-driven, enthusiastic person with hunger to make it big

- Good communication and presentation skills

Desired profile (Education & Work Experience) :

- 7-10 years of institutional/corporate sales experience from Insurance background (Insurer/ Broking)

- Prior experience should be from Mumbai location

- Education - PGDBM / MBA in Marketing
