You will lead the inside sales team by providing guidance, training, motivation and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data and building the team.
- If you enjoy driving a team, and setting and exceeding audacious goals, this role is for you. You will work directly with the founders.
Responsibilities :
- Push the bar on the quality and strength of the sales organization
- Manage the productivity and efficiency of the sales teams
- Continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and outcomes
- Meet and exceed sales targets that includes individual as well as team targets.
- Tracking sales KPIs and goals and reporting to founders
- Promoting the organisation and developing the team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge.
- Providing thought leadership around planning and execution of sales strategy
Must Have :
- 5+ years of inside sales experience in B2C sales
- Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Min 2 years of team handling experience and demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Comfortable with long and unpredictable work hours
