Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets.

2. Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area

3. Assisting sales team in corporate tie-ups

4. Manage channel sales & achieve targets

5. Recruiting and Retaining high performers.

6. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
