Job Description :
India's leading Digital Marketing and Analytics firm is looking for AVP Sales with specific experience and competencies to spearhead the organization towards its next level of growth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for new client acquisition and delivering top line numbers in India. This is a very consultative and strategic sell and we are looking for a passionate sales person who is excited about working for a Leader in Online Advertising to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver against assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
Be highly competent and skilled to present the company offering via the wface-to-faceetoface to customers up to C Level Executives
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Participate in product strategy definition with Product team
Partner with Client Services division to ensure successful implementations, customer satisfaction, and ongoing partnership with Direct clients
Education and Experience :
MBA degree from a good B School
4 years of relevant experience in sales at an agency, technology or media company
Experience selling to C-level Executives
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Have the ability to do concept selling
Have previously worked in business development roles in either Analytics / BI companies (like Mu Sigma etc) and/or Analytics divisions of solution providers (like TCS, Cognizant etc)

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 8:00 PM)
