Job Description:

- Contribute to consistent delivery of the cards targets as defined.

- Increase cross-sell & Referrals

- Contribute to area profitability by ensuring optimum allocation of resources and maintaining income and expenditure numbers.

- Increase productivity of the Sales team by managing their diaries and pipelines

- Maintaining a monthly plan for the worksites and coordinate for individual work sites.

- Create a mall events schedule for the month.

- Manage the head count) - hiring and control attrition as per the requirement of the region in order to produce the required cards numbers.
