Position – AVP-Sales
Required Experience – 15-20 years
Qualification – Graduate with MBA preferred
Location – Chennai
Job profile –
- In-charge of all the sales activities for the division.
- Create Regional and National Marketing campaigns targeting various segments of schools.
- Develop and Manage Direct Marketing and Lead Acquisition process.
- Lead Generation through ATL, BTL and Tele-Marketing.
- Create & Manage a central tele-marketing hub. Develop sales collaterals.
- Support schools with Marketing process training, content delivery to help achieve sales target.
- Choosing the right product mix for maximum profitability.
Desired candidate –
- Matured and exposed to marketing Pan-India.
- A good planner and a street smart executor too.
- Good Presentation & Communication skills.
- Crisis Management
- Resourceful - Good contacts in education industry especially among schools.
- Aware of technology -VSAT would be advantageous.
- Capable of handling a team of 4 Direct Reportees and 90 Indirect Reportees.
- Need to travel extensively across India.
Salary will commensurate to the experience of candidate. The position will report to the Business Head / CEO.
