Role
Lead the engagement effort at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment
Responsibilities :
- 8+ years of experience.
- Pre Sales and Bid management - Assist Sales and SD teams during sales/pre-sales cycle; create RFP responses and business cases for technology led transformation including Pricing, Soln. Design, Productivity improvement, Return on Investment (ROI) and Implementation Roadmap.
- Solution Design: Lead a team a team of Consultants to conceptualize and design proactive solutions and go to market strategy. This includes technology key solutions, Robotics Process Automation Solutions and also liasing with IL for other IL solutions that can be proposed
- Front end client discussions with a consultative approach
- Develop commercial models for technology applications which meet client requirements and Company's requirements
- Carry out technical presentations of the various in-house and third party software applications to demonstrate technology led differentiation and business value articulation (BVA) to the outsourcing solutions.
- Carry out the market and competitor analysis to benchmark in house solutions and suggest continuous improvements to product development team.
- Willingness to travel as required
- Educational Requirements (Must have)
- Engineering graduate with 9 years of experience
- ME/M.Tech/MS with 7 years of experience
Work Experience/Skills :
- Knowledge of RPA platforms and technology trends for the Shared Services industry
- Hands on basic understanding of at least one RPA platform
- Conceptual knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) applications
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Analytical ability
- Preferably Solution Design/Project/Program Management experience in Technology Solutions
- High learnability index
- Good team player
- Have good exposure to SDLC
