About our Client - Our client is a leading corporate and investment bank with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centres in APAC they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team to drive continuous growth in Model Development Unit within the Risk Analytics and Strategy vertical.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Risk Analytics and Strategy, you will be responsible for:

- Delivery of various Risk Strategy function across the different retail banking products of the bank

- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs and the possible solutions that you can bring forward.

- Liaisoning with the senior leadership of the business partnership of our clients.

- Motivating and leading Analysts / Sr Analysts and Managers who would be reporting into you

- Bringing strong understanding of the tools and methods of statistics to bring the required solutions

- Being able to communicate and present the complex solutions with a business perspective

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you have a Masters degree in Stats/ Maths from a Tier 1 college with over 6+ years of relevant experience across Fraud/ Risk Strategy functions in a bank or a consulting entity with bank as its client. You are well versed across the retail banking domain and quite familiar and networked with various banking products. In addition to this you should have shown strong client engagement abilities and should have a led a team successfully in the current/past.
