Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Year-End Compensation Cycle:

- Lead and coordinate the year-end compensation cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of compensation adjustments.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather necessary data and validate compensation changes.

2. Performance-Linked Increment Distribution:

- Design and implement a structured process for distributing performance-linked increments.

- Work closely with performance management teams to align increments with individual and team achievements.

3. Total Rewards Philosophy Implementation:

- Understand the organization's Total Rewards philosophy and ensure its effective implementation.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate and educate employees on the Total Rewards framework.

4. AOP and Budgeting Process Management:

- Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process related to compensation.

- Analyze financial implications of proposed changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

5. Conducting Salary Benchmarking Studies:

- Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.

- Utilize external market data to provide insights and recommendations for competitive compensation structures.

6.Compensation Analysis with Large Datasets:

- Work with large datasets to perform in-depth compensation analysis.

- Present findings and insights to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making related to compensation strategies.

7. Labour Cost Analysis and Recommendations:

- Analyze labor costs across different departments and business units.

- Provide recommendations for optimizing labor costs while maintaining competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

8. Promotion and Job Evaluation Process Management:

- Oversee the promotion and job evaluation process, ensuring fairness and consistency.

- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align promotions with performance and organizational objectives.

9. Incentive and Variable Pay Plans:

- Develop, implement, and manage incentive and variable pay plans.

- Align incentive structures with organizational goals to drive performance and motivation
