Position Title: Retirals Lead
Job Purpose
This would be one of the most critical desks of HRSS team with end-to-end processing of Retiral Trust Management
Key Accountabilities
- Trust Management - Administration & Managing the Financials of Trust
- Trustee Meeting
- Statutory Compliance related with Retirals.
Job Duties & responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of Retiral functions - PF/ Gratuity / Pension / Leave Encashment.
- Responsible for managing a Team.
- Act as Custodian of Retirals processes and ensure they follow all statutory requirements and aligned with trust rules and regulation.
- Should have experience in managing Multiple trust administration & books of accounts.
- To ensure timely Retiral processing for all trusts under the organization
- Manages stakeholders across India (particularly Finance, Risk and Legal) and within HR (particularly Reward, Employee Relations & HR Business Partners) to ensure the bank's pension strategy is executed successfully
- Have experience in managing Trustee Meeting.
- Responsible for completion of Trust Audit & filing of returns in the timely manner.
- Manage Retiral Vendors & review the deliverables.
- Should put strong governance in place in all the process whereby making it Audit ready anytime.
- Should review the trust funds in a timely manner, any surplus funds available need to work with Investment Advisories for investing in the market.
- Work with Investment Advisories and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the trust is in compliance as per the investment pattern prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.
Required Experience
- Min 12+ years of HR Shared Services / HR Risk & Governance experience, preferably with a Multinational bank or financial institutions or Technology companies
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Post graduate qualification and evidence of continued professional development.
Core Competencies
- In depth knowledge of Trust Management and HR Risk and Governance
- In depth understanding of reviewing the Trust Balance sheet & Cash flows.
- Good knowledge on Investment operation for Trust activities.
- Good communication skills dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge and proficient with MS Office - Excel / Word / Power Point
- Creative thinking / Logical reasoning
- Precision for deliverables / projects assigned
Technical Competencies
- Computer proficiency - Strong Ms Office skills desired
- HR Systems / Workday HRMS knowledge
