AVP - Retail Sales - Cement/Steel

We are hiring for one of our clients in Steel Business in Kolkata. The Organisation, a reputed Industry House, is looking at hiring a AVP Sales for their Bihar location.

- The ideal candidate will be a local person from Bihar, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience,handling a minimum of 18 districts in Bihar.

- The relevant experience should be in the field of retail trade sales.

- We are looking for relevant profiles only from the Steel / Cement Industries.

Roles and Responsibilities : The person will be responsible for the following activities :

1. Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

2. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

4. Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives

5. Effectively communicate the value proposition through various sales discussions.
