1. Manage a team to deliver on Retail spends, actives rate target for the Portfolio
2. Achieve Retail spends target through segmented & targeted programs based on usage, activity and other portfolio cuts
3. Track Revolver Transactor behaviour with an aim to grow revolvers and non- term interest income for the portfolio.
4. Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new services or enhance existing services to drive spends, and offer customer centric offerings features for all card products.
5. Drive spend initiatives for selected mass portfolio seasonal and ongoing based on analytical support through BTL ATL marketing.
6. Propose & implement strategy to change customer behavior while driving usage.
