Position Expectations:
- Strong Analytical thinking and client management experience with hands-on experience in problem-solving using advanced analytics
- Leads team in the data synthesis process, solution design, and creation of actionable insights, Implications, and recommendations to address client's business issues and /or identify opportunities in the areas of customer development, sales, category management, supply chain, S&OP.
- Accountable for high-quality project delivery and coaching and mentoring the team to scale up to do more.
- Innovates on existing projects by bringing in new capabilities in advanced analytics and machine learning and generate relevant insights for the client
Qualification & Experience:
- 8 + years of experience in analytics consulting with an emphasis on the CPG / Retail Analytics
- Working knowledge of any of the BI tools such as QlikView or Tableau/ of the analytics tools such as R or Alteryx or Python
- Knowledge of variety and advanced analytic and research approaches, including: marketing mix models, price/promotion models, SEM, segmentation, forecasting. digital attribution, machine learning, good visual storytelling skills
