AVP - Resourcing ( 11-15 yrs)

We are currently looking for a AVP Level position in Resourcing/ Talent Acquisition/ recruitments with a leading ITES organisation at Gurgaon.

Required experience of 11-15 yrs with full time MBA .

Role involves:

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support for different divions at PAN India.

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer
