AVP - Resource Management & Capacity Planning
Location - Bangalore
- The Individual will be responsible for monitoring & managing the resource planning process to balance supply or demand of talent across the geography / businesses for the IT BU of the organisation.
- Executes resource management strategy for the geography to meet workforce needs in line with business requirements
- Drive business through key metrics to benchmark the measure of success
- Accountable for workforce planning & composition, which includes identifying recruitment needs, skills requirements analysis, monitoring attrition, looking at borrowing between projects etc.
- Collated and analyzed large data sets on staffing information and prepared dashboard interface to give the leadership real time executive level updates on workforce movements.
- Meet demand through supply of technical resources to projects, at right cost, location and delivery methods.
- Managing a Team of Resource Management Specialist.
Preferred Incumbent :
- Graduate with MBA preferably from top B Schools.
- Must possess minimum 10+ years of total experience post masters qualification.
- Must possess resource management experience in a large & geographically diversified technology company, preferable IT Services industry.
- Incumbent must have a mix of HR & RMG experience with latest experience in RMG/WFM.
- Must have prior experience in optimizing workforce for positive topline / bottom-line impact.
- Incumbent must have grown through HR route to RMG function or been in RMG throughout for technology set ups.
- Must have ability to deliver high impact results amid complex & ambiguous situations.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing or changing priorities
- Extremely good at Stake holder management
- Strong analytical skills and high degree of comfort with data crunching.
- Must have done planning &operations management with P&L impact analysis.
- Coordinating with Business Leaders / Project Managers/Unit Leads with respect to requirement, utilization and mobilization.
