Looking for Brand Manager with 7-12 years of experience and open for NPD role from FMCG industry only, given below is the brief about the role :
1. RESEARCH
- Lead the end to end process of generating brand and consumer insights .
- Understand the problems / issues of internal clients and offer them research solutions
- Designing consumer / market research requirements (both Quantitative and Qualitative) with special emphasis on matching proposed research to project and business objectives
- Involved in questionnaire designing, data collection, agency management, data analysis & findings presentation
- Managing the design and execution of primary and secondary research, internal business analysis, market and competitor analyses to successfully guide and influence sales and marketing decision
2. INNOVATIONS/ NPD Project Management
- Developing the innovation funnel through a 360 degree process - conceptualization to launch, which includes: initial idea testing, concept testing, product testing
- Lead the product innovation projects (ideation to post launch activities)
- Post launch evaluation to understand the impact of the campaign as well as rub off on sub brands to better define the master brand architecture
- Manage the NPD project in a structured manner
