AVP - Research - CA/CFA - KPO

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities-

Manage multiple projects independently

Ensure all output is of highest standards, and instill strong quality orientation across the team

Team management - Adept at leading a 5-10 member team for a diverse range of FS clients

Ultimate responsibility for team output, in terms of quality and timeliness

Work with the Engagement Manager/s to actively manage clients

Coordinate deliveries to clients. Responsible for client satisfaction

Design and lead career development and training initiatives

Actively involved in resource and infrastructure planning process for teams

Contribute to - internal- goals and building-up research oriented culture will be a key attribute

Required Background

Masters in Management/Economics/Engineering from a top ranking institute. CA/CFA's or any progress towards securing a - Charter- will be an added advantage

Sound financial knowledge

Very strong communication skills - verbal and oral

Organizational and team building skills

Knowledge of key FS databases

Manage deliverables and client expectations under pressure situations

Flexible mindset.
