About our Client: Our client is a Leading Global Bank, having operations in over 50 countries across the world. They are known for the excellent work culture and have their captive set-up in Delhi NCR and Hyderabad which helps them support their global operations. They are looking for seasoned Regulatory Reporting individuals to be part of their finance COE in Delhi NCR.

Job Description: Reporting to VP - Regulatory Reporting, your key responsibilities include:

- Reconciliation, calculation of Counterparty Credit Risk & Market risk RWA to PRA based on Basel II & III guidelines

- Adherence to Group policies, audit, controls and compliance requirements while simultaneously maintaining a highly effective SOX-compliant control framework

- Variance Analysis, Commentary and Submission of regulatory returns - COREP (for CCR & Market Risk), FSA045 & Pillar 3 reporting for AR&A

- Establish and maintain effective relationship with business areas and identify areas of service improvements by implementing regular calls and feedback mechanism

- Meeting the SLAs, building and managing controls around the process, supporting and managing the team performance, productivity

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA/ICWA/MBA within 9-13 years of experience in FSA/Bank of England/Basel/Liquidity reporting.

- Knowledge of banking and trade products is preferable along with prior team management experience.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present information to senior management would be required.
