Job Description - Reporting to the VP - Finance Control, your responsibilities shall include:

- Reviewing and monitoring progress in activities for filing up data templates that will roll up into FRY-14A Base and Stress schedules for CCAR, BASEL reporting/Forecasting, review & challenge support and peer analysis support activities of CCAR

- Liaising with Financial Planning & Accounting Department, the Controller's Group and Lines of Business Unit co-ordinators

- Being first point of escalation for internal stakeholders/controllers based offshore with accountability for process output/resource effectiveness/continuous process upkeep and improvements

- Overseeing management of SLAs, key process metrics, process documentation and collateral maintenance related to CCAR reporting, etc.

- Generating timely & well developed solution to addresses the problem

- Applying solutions across varied problems using functional expertise

- Growing, developing & fostering talent

- Being accountable for integrity systems, coherence of strategic choice & wisdom of policies/ accountability for results and tasks

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA ('02/'03/'04 Batch) with relevant work experience in financial accounting, reconciliations and reporting related activities in a Bank or a Financial Services institution. You should have strong experience in Financial Reporting and Management and Regulatory reporting requirements. Knowledge of US Banking Regulations, BASEL, RWA and Capital Planning concepts, and the implication to the business and planning of these items is imperative. You should also be aware of macroeconomic factors affecting Bank's balance sheet, capital adequacy, and regulatory reporting. Advanced stakeholder interaction is key to be successful in this role.
