Position: Regional HR Manager (AVP)

Reporting To: Regional Business Head

Qualification: Full time MBA (premier B Schools only)

Experience: 12 - 15 years post qualification

Location: South Africa

Role:

- Responsible for managing employees present in four major regions

- Responsible for driving change in organization

- Strong in HR policies & processes

- Ability to influence key stakeholders

- Ability to think strategically
