AVP - Regional Head - Project Controls

Job Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

Project & Program Management, Cost Management, Quality & Safety Controls

To manage and ensure timely delivery and commencement of construction for North Region:

- Planning, scheduling and tracking.

- Providing resource deployment chart.

- Providing acceleration schedules.

- Providing delay analysis.

- Preparation and updating of budgets.

- Preparation and updating of cash-flow statements.

- Performing earned value analysis.

- Performing gap analysis from site progress report.

Key Job Deliverables:

1. Ensure commencement and delivery of construction within stipulated time and cost.

2. Execution within the approved budget

3. Cost reduction as per the set targets

Skills:

1. Hands on experience in MS Project / Primavera (Must)

2. Earned Value Management Techniques
