AVP Level - Recruitments - BFSI

We are currently looking for a AVP Level position in Talent Acquisition/ recruitments with a leading financial organisation at Mumbai.

Required experience of 8-12 yrs with full time MBA in Financial sectors.

Role involves:

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support financial domain.

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Lead the campus engagement strategy and operationalize the plan for the same

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
