General Manager/Tenured Sr.Manager only can apply.

Job Description:

- Manages Talent Acquisition Managers & Team Members

- Front Line & Lateral Hiring

- Creates & maintains partnerships with HR, business leaders & external search firms & networking organizations

- Min. 12+ years of relevant exp. of hiring in Tier 1 companies

- Should have prior exp. in Bulk & Leadership/Niche hiring

- Only tenured Sr. Managers or existing AVP's from BPO background should apply

- Candidates from Search firms should not apply
