Role overview:
- Responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment of business leaders (SVP, MD and above) for Wells Fargo's Enterprise Global Services entities, including managing or overseeing the sourcing, mapping, attraction, assessment, selection, hiring and onboarding processes
- Be able to meet key recruiting metrics, eg time, cost, quality and effectiveness of hire
- Leverage various infrastructure teams within International Talent Acquisition, including employer branding, marketing, sourcing channels and candidate experience
- Proactively and strategically map competitor organisations and markets to identify the best pools of talent and generate strong market knowledge and intelligence
- Build innovative and market-leading diverse candidate generation plans to attract passive candidates
- Develop a network of diverse internal and external industry leaders to ensure achievement of organizational effectiveness through an alignment of talent acquisition model and business objectives, including external executive candidate search vendors
- Analyse market intelligence to help inform your opinion on talent pools in various markets around the world
- Provide strong and tailored longlists and shortlists for critical open roles and to support with internal succession planning
- Assess executive level talent through behavioural and competency-based interviewing techniques
- Understand and make recommendations for complex package structures
- Partner with Global Mobility on relocations and demonstrate a sound understanding of factors impacting a relocation
- Partner with, advise and support both the broader HR community, including HRBPs across EGS in India, the Philippines and also in the US
- Manage and obsess about world-class candidate experience from initial contact to offer ensuring exceptional communication at each stage
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in the applicant tracking system (Kenexa)
- Manage a compliant and audit-ready hiring process; be up to speed on all relevant and applicable local regulatory and corporate requirements and ensure they are met at all times
- Understand the transformation that Wells Fargo is currently going through and how best to sell this to potential candidates
Market Skills and Certifications:
- With strong and demonstrable track record of placing global executives and business leaders within financial services, gained as an in-house executive recruiter and/or an executive search consultant
- Able to direct source for robust and diverse external shortlists through key talent channels, including professional networking, referrals, market mapping and locally-relevant social media campaigns
- Have strong business acumen and very strong consultative skills with senior business leaders
- Be able to understand candidate profiles and behaviours across India and the Philippines; other geographic exposure preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior candidates, sometimes over a long period of time
- Be able to problem solve for complex issues with various factors involved, including tax and immigration, and negotiate on complex compensation packages
- Proficient with various contact management or applicant tracking systems
- Able to multitask and prioritise work
