One of the leading private banks in India is hiring for AVP - Recruitment in Hyderabad location.

- Role holder has to take care of volume hiring, corporate hiring and leadership hiring of entire South India

- Entire hiring related to branch banking and business banking will be under the purview of this person

- As part of expansion plans, person will be accountable for the headcount growth of entire south zone

- He/She should be able to strike a balance between different source mix to achieve the desired number and at the same time ensure budget is not over-shooted

- There can be occasional travel required

- Should have excellent team management and stakeholder management skills

- Prefer candidates from banking/ insurance/ financial services industry or any distribution set ups where hiring numbers are huge
