Job Description – AVP Real Estate Sales

Role Overview

The person would be responsible for strategizing and executing sales strategies for achieving the corporate goals. It would be required by the person to conceptualize and implement sales strategies to drive gains in the sales figures. The person would also be expected to lead and mentor the other member of the team

Typical Duties

- Responsible for formulating and executing a viable sales strategy to generate sales

- Develop and expand the market share to achieve revenue and profitability target

- Achieve sales targets as defined in the corporate goals

- Conduct tactical brand promotion and ensure a strong brand recollect and increased sales

- Improving brand visibility in the market and develop new channels to promote sales

- Lead, monitor and mentor the other members of the sales team and assist them in achieving their sales targets

Skills, Knowledge, Education & Experience

- Qualification – MBA from Tier 1 MBA colleges only with strong sales background in the real estate sector

- Experience of 6 – 8 years in real estate sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Should be a self starter, multi-tasking and adaptable

- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines

- Prior experience in managing a team of sales professionals
