Urgent opening for AVP-Rates/Fixed income-Middle office-Mumbai

Looking to hire Banking professional for one of the leading Investment bank clients

Location: Mumbai

Experience required: 7 Yrs+

Shift Timing: US Shift (6.30 PM Onward)

Shift Allowance: Will be Provided

Role & Responsibilities:

- Rates MO as a process is setup to provide operational support to trading teams and ensure any trading errors are highlighted and rectified on priority.

- Responsible for managing the Rates Middle Office team.

- Should be able to manage any business Level escalation.

- Managing relationships with the region People Management.

- To provide expert level guidance for the team members.

- Collaborate across teams / functions / regions Business Focus.

- To emerge across as subject matter expert in the Rates domain.

- Should be able to be on the top of all KRI and KPI.

- Should act as POC for handling escalations.

- Should be able to challenge the activities and implement best practices wherever applicable.

- Understands and operates according to compliance guidelines relevant for his / her role.

- Should be able to drive productivity agenda for the team.

- Should be able to steer through Rates projects.
