Job Description

- Responsible for managing R2R,P2P,O2C Operations/ Delivery/Transitions / Consulting / Client Account Management.

- Responsibility to ensure all Service levels for Processes in scope are met as per agreed definitions in contract.

- Maintain good working relationship with clients by proactively discussing specific issues that concerns them and showcasing improvement initiatives

- Responsible for team motivation including performance appraisal, monthly one-on-ones, Quarterly skip level meetings
