Brief Job Description : The person would be a change agent, responsible for building the Quality DNA of the organization through Training and certifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding the Quality Training needs of the organization
- Building relevant training material and conducting training to address those needs.
- Driving Ideation
- Driving projects across levels and verticals - quality certification
- Developing and mentoring the team of dedicated and part time trainers.
- Influence relevant stakeholders on the need for a robust quality DNA
- Build culture of continuous improvement.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS :
ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE :
Work Experience (Mention No. of years):
Plan, implement and operationalize Six Sigma / Lean / Other Quality initiatives training and certification, to build the organizational quality DNA.
- 8-12 Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Worked in service/ BPO / manufacturing set up
Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency :
- Post Graduates in any Stream
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Six Sigma/Lean certified with appropriate and adequate knowledge of statistical tools like Minitab
- Robust Team building skills
- MBA
- PMP
