- Domain and process excellence consulting (Lean and Six Sigma) for banking operations like investment banking, Asset Management, capital management, Asset Finance, Commodities and associated horizontals like Risk management, Financial Management

- Front with client and client relationship management from project delivery point of view

- Mining of consulting opportunities and achieve independent revenue targets

- Create new assets and capability in banking domain of use for BPM and consulting services

- Open for traveling and long term client site deployment

- Manage, mentor and run multiple initiatives and change manage stakeholders for recommendation implementation

Profile required:

- Person should carry a good understanding of Financial management processes like investment banking, Asset Management, capital management, Asset Finance, Commodities and associated horizontals like Risk management, Financial Management

- Person should carry good hands on experience of Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and there application in banking processes

- Person should be able to independently manage client, deliver consulting and ensure delivery of desired consulting output

- Person should be ready to do hands on delivery on standalone basis

- Preferably should be H1 or L1 visa ready

- Should be fine with long term deployed to US and/ or Australia
