AVP- Project Manager- BSG group
Job Specification:
- We are looking for AVP who can drive and own execution of multi-dimensional projects from end to end perspective including but not limited to stages like idea inception, requirement gathering, and oversight of development stage with Vendor, preparing testing strategy, conducting and facilitating UAT and Support Production issues post go -live.
- This role will also include regular interaction with senior stakeholders in departments like Product, Business, IT and legal & Risk teams.
Number of Resources require : 1 Person
Reporting to: VP
Key Deliverables:
- Preparation of Overall project plan with key dependencies and Critical path.
- Support and supervision for following
- Requirement gathering from internal stack holder of Bank (Multiple product and BSG team with in Bank).
- Defining/modifying test cases basis BRD/FSD and User story.
- Execution of Test cases.
- Identify issues/Bug in Delivery done in scope of the function area defined in BRD/FSD and User story.
- Track the Issue/bug for closure.
- Prepare MIS related to issues/bugs.
- Track the Project timelines
- Provide regular updates on the project progress to steering committee
- Support Production issues for Functional Analysis
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate in Technology / MBA/MCA
- 10-12 Years of experience in driving projects in BFSI Industry
- Software Functional/manual testing/requirement gathering/Functional Application Support.
- Knowledge in digital on boarding/ Corporate Net Banking/ new age products and integrations in BFSI segments.
- Knowledge of Key core products like Finacle, TI+ , CMS Systems
- Knowledge in API, API testing (using Tools).
- Prior experience in BSG (Business Solution group) is desirable
Job Skills (below is an indicative list.):
1. Building detailed portals for Specific Customer segments like SME etc.
2. Understanding SSO On boarding Platform
3. Defining and finalizing end-to-end user stories for customer portals.
4. Testing Basic API to Fetching details
5. Prior experience in designing and finalizing UI/UX for customer portals
6. Detailed integration strategy with core and other peripheral system of the bank
7. Testing of UI for capturing details enter by User (Product Specific Additional Parameter with validations )
8. Exception handling.
9. Managing Customer expectations with focus on associated risks.
