About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading Financial Institution Globally. As a part of the continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they’re keen to recruit a seasoned project management professional to support their PMO.

Job Description

Reporting into the Project Management Head, you will be responsible for implementing the various project management controls and manage the programme reporting to the senior stakeholders.

In addition you will be responsible for:-

- Assisting project managers to ensure the requisite project discipline is being observed and offer them guidance if any gap exists

- Preparing dashboards and management packs

- Coordinating and attending senior management meetings along with taking official minutes and ensure completion of planned actions

- Ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of reporting

The Successful Applicant

- You must have 7+ years of project management experience and impeccable written/ spoken English. You should also have extensive experience with project management techniques and tools and a track record of applying these controls across several projects. Prior experience of senior stake holder management and dashboard / management pack preparation is a must.
