Principal responsibilities:
- Ensure deployment and adoption of change using the standard group frameworks and Ways of Operating (WOO)
- Work with stakeholders and delivery partners to identify opportunities to create business value
- Manage project budget, resource, plan and governance using best practices of project and program management
- Work closely with the business sponsor to define the roadmap and plan budget and resources to deliver the set objectives
- Align at all times to the group strategy, values and behaviours
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience in complex projects across countries or regions
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and management
- Understanding of banking & financial services industry and shared services organisations
- Experience in delivering significant change with clear benefit realization
- Experience in agile ways of working/tooling
- Highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
- Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira
