Onboarding & Training PM

The PM role will work closely with the L&D team and the project delivery team to ensure:

Capacity Planning for training management for projects in/moving to execution phase:

1. Identify trainer requirements basis hiring pipeline (L&D trainers, Sensei's, Super Users, on/off SMEs, others)

2. Create a capacity plan, identify gaps, work with L&D on recommendations/alternative plans for requirement fulfillment

3. Assess impact of gaps, escalate and work with L&D/PM for changes/updates to plans

Implementation of consistent training framework across projects:

1. Socialize framework created by L&D for a consistent understanding of the model and its expectation with stakeholders in operations and project delivery teams, (on/off)

2. Ensure adherence to the set up of the framework across projects (what will be implemented, when, by whom, governance structures)

3. Track, report and escalate deviations. mange exceptions, if any

Create and implement artifacts related to training tracking and reporting:

1. Identify artifacts and create/refine formats required at each milestone of training (onboarding to Go Live)

2. Ensure adherence to implementation of required formats for tracking progress and reporting status of training (eg. Command & Control, assessment milestones, evaluation criteria)

3. Track, report, and escalate deviations. mange exceptions, if any

Management/coordination of focus groups for onboarding experience survey :

1. centralize survey process in partnership with L&D team

2. Cadence of review and updates to survey

3. Ensure rollout and tracking/reporting of survey results/actions on feedback

4. Bring in industry specific best practices to enhance colleague onboarding/training experience

Governance :

1. Work with L&D/PMs to populate training scorecard

2. Set up weekly PWG meetings to track status of reporting, escalate issues

3. Set up monthly SteerCo (before PWG) to review training data/information input to the PWG formats

Competency/ Skill required:

- Project management to track the projects, learning competency, risk management

- Data analytics insight

- Sound communication skills and executive management

- Skill to create Power Point, executive summary for leadership reporting, Excel

- Good to have - L&D experience (Learning methods, models design)
