India has been growing as the center of excellence for key IB functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking for professionals in Project Management within the Regulatory Finance Management Portfolio.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Project & Change Management Head, you would be responsible for:

- Interfacing with the offshore team, onshore clients and technical consultants for solution designing & project execution

- Liaising with Risk and Finance Technology to manage the build and system testing, implementation of enhancements

- Carrying Gap Analysis, capturing "AS-IS" process, defining "TO-BE" process, identifying traceability between requirements and requirements definition

- Proposing methodology, approach, framework & model for addressing project requirements like data gathering, requirement analysis, timeliness planning, financial systems setup, simplification activities, trend analysis, etc.

The Successful Applicant

- You are a CA / MBA with 7+ years of experience and a strong understanding in change in the Regulatory environment and it's impact on the financial systems.

- You should be able to interact with Risk, Treasury, Front Office and Group functions globally.

- You must also have strong communication skills, be self motivated and be a strong team player.
