About our Client - Our client is a leading financial conglomerate with a strong domestic presence. With a massive expansion of their operations hub based in multiple locations in India, they are looking for a technology leader to manage their in house capital markets applications.

Job Description - As an AVP/Development Project Lead you will report to the project manager. Your key responsibilities will include Managing and delivering capital market applications which involves various asset classes.

- Manage functionality and performance testing and provide continuous feedback.

- Play a hands on role for all phases of the software life cycle (including coding).

- Help the BA and support team in the project delivery.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have more than 8 years hands on experience in development of various software applications related to front office with at least 4 years in pure technical roles. Knowledge of Java/J2EE, HTML/CSS, JSP/Servlets, JDBC, Struts framework, EJB and JavaScript is compulsory. Knowledge of Swings/.Net/C# is an added advantage.
