1. Industry and financial analysis

2. Assisting in origination and business development

3. Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis

4. Due diligence, preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes

5. Negotiation of term sheets

6. Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation

7. Coordinating disbursements, follow on activities

8. Monitoring of assets
