Position:AVP-Project Finance

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Managing relationship with large corporate clients from diverse sectors and prospecting clients to ensure business continuity and growth; building portfolio in line with the corporate goals & strategies

- Project Advisory - from concept to commissioning stage - involving project structuring, due diligence, financial modelling, preparation of Information Memorandum, debt syndication, finalization of legal / contractual documents through active interaction with legal counsel & financial closure;

- Deal origination, structuring, term sheet negotiation, obtaining approvals and deal conclusion.

- Disbursing loans and conducting post-sanction follow-up; monitoring the portfolio on continuous basis and analyzing various reports to identify early warning signals and taking proactive steps so as to maintain asset quality;

- Formulation of Project Finance & Debt syndication strategy, financing term-sheet, Information Memorandum and financial model for the project

- Someone who has a strong understanding of handling Financial Advisory & syndication assignment for expansion & modernization across all sectors like Airport,Railways,Roads & ports.

Salary: Open & Negotiable

Minimum Qualification:)MBA(Premier Institute)Finance

Experience 10-15 years and above (Candidate must carry relevant Experience)

Organization:Newly launched Joint Venture between one of the leading Private Sector Bank along with two more government organization
