Job Description :
The Customer Returns team is responsible for the Product Management, Technology, Strategy, Operational metrics, and Transportation of all customer returns. Are responsible for the web development and back end components of the Online Returns Center (ORC), integration with transportation carriers along with the commercial relationships, the industrial engineering of return operations including material flow and standard work within return centers, the software tools used for processing and grading returned items, the policy engine and reversal pipelines behind refunding in returned goods, and the removals tools used to remove and transport goods back to vendors, liquidators and repair centers. The team is also responsible for returns policy and returns customer experience. The team works with local Transportation and Fulfillment Center Ops teams for execution support.
Desired Candidate Profile :
6-10 years experience if MBA from premier B school. Else 10-12 years of experience.
We are looking for blend of program /project management and process improvement in Reverse SCM / Logistics.
Profiles purely in IT or Technical in nature are not suitable as we are looking for projects on the business side.
Knowledge or experience in reverse supply chain program management or returns will be preferred.
