Job role and Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage delivery of projects and associated cross-functional support of the business objectives. Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, organize and manage information systems projects to maximize the benefits of investments. Apply knowledge of principles, best practices, standards, terminology and trends in project management on the projects managed. This includes understanding systems and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and ongoing support. Responsible for driving programs end to end.

Project Management:

- Should be able to manage programs and implement projects within the company

- Should be able to define various processes and document templates.

- Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately

- Plan & report program execution. Track and Deliver projects based on project work plans across the organization.

- Regular interactions with functional leads on the issues related to the business and maintain necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired

- Prepare weekly updates to mancom

- Drive daily calls with stakeholders and working teams to ensure that deliverables are met

- Co-ordinate with Mancom for the steering committee and drive steer-co meeting

- Ensure all processes are documented as SOPs with relevant process maps.

Collaboration:

- Drive collaboration across teams and departments.

- Address issues upfront, define alternative solutions, resolve conflict and create lasting, productive partnerships with clients.

- Provide resources and organizational structure to promote collaborative efforts to project modules.

Communication:

- Manages day-to-day user interactions, builds credibility, establish rapport and sets and manages user expectations.

- Driving effective communication across businesses and functions through all phases of the program life cycle.

- Clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to Leadership

- Project management key strategic cross-functional projects collaborating with the functional leads

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Degree with at least 10+ years of relevant industry experience in driving programs, and continuous improvement programs including managing cross-functional teams in global environments

Skills:

- Planning and Organizing skills are essential

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization

- Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects through to successful delivery

- Ability to influence project team members towards achieving the objective.

- Motivate & inspire others, ability to maintain high morale, employee involvement and teamwork

- Self-motivated, ability to manage day-to-day activities with minimum supervision

- Able to work effectively with people at all levels

- Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e.; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication

- Proven leadership skills (experience successfully managing people/projects/issues)

- Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change

- Excellent knowledge of engineering, program management and business planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle
