Product Management :

Product Management is responsible for answering the question of what technology is to be built that will delight our customers. This is done through interfacing with the marketing, operations, and customer teams as well as through user research. It will be one of the most important role in terms of shaping up the future of the company. You will be the custodian of strategy and steer the different teams onto a defined path for growth & maximum efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Own and drive overall product strategy and roadmap for the product in concert with various business stakeholders

- Drive product/feature implementations across cross functional teams including operations, logistics and engineering

- Continually assess market trends, monitor the performance of products/features and champion improvements

- Evangelise products internally and externally, and manage user feedback processes across various channels

- Conduct user research, data analysis and requirement gathering to create PRDs.

- Work closely with engineering leaders to prioritize releases and technical implementation.

- Defining & measuring product metrics, improving product quality & customer satisfaction.

- Working closely with top management to build a product roadmap aligning with business strategy.

Qualifications:

- Engineering from Tier 1 College

- 4 - 8 years of work experience

- Previous Experience in Product Management in a Consumer Internet Business
