AVP - Product & Research

We have an opportunity for the role of AVP Product and Research in Mumbai, Leading the charge of BI on Projections & Estimation.

Job Specifications

Minimum Education - Graduate/Post Graduate

Key requirement - This role needs a sound understanding of Survey Research Methodology, Audience Measurement aspects so that Comparability with previous BIs can be maintained.

- The Job will warrant working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

- Around 8-12 years of experience

Previous Experience :

- Prior experience on Universe Establishment Surveys like BI / IRS is a must.

- Should have a complete understanding of Survey sequence - from Sampling/ Questionnaire/ Field Operations / Quality Issues to final Data

- Should have hands on experience on Projections and Estimation Process

- Should have a thorough knowledge and appreciation of challenges involved in executing large scale work and should have displayed ability to proactively identify issues and solutions deployed

Technical Skills - Should have a strong understanding of India's demography - languages / pop groups / NCCS system.

- Should have a strong understanding of Secondary Data sources like Census / NFHS etc

- Should be a strong Quantitative Researcher

- Proficiency in Excel and SPSS

- Well versed with Correlation and Regression
