Job Purpose:

The key person will work closely with Product and other teams to plan and execute product strategy for 'Customer Mobile App'. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches for the digital lending business on the mobile app.

Job Description:

Building 'Consumer Mobile App' for DMI Finance

- Conceptualizing and building lending, insurance, payments, and card products on customer mobile apps.

- Leading all API integration efforts of customer mobile apps with DMI systems as well as partner systems.

- Collaborating with cross-functional internal & external stakeholders to detail out for the Tech team new requirements in the tech stack.

- Launch new products to attract, retain and grow our customer base on the mobile app.

Products Strategy / New Product Launches / Customer Insights

- Manage the entire lifecycle of customer mobile apps from conception to final release and ensure that it can handle the complexities of the business.

- Partner with engineering, and other stakeholders to scope and build features that solve and create new opportunities.

- Work to ensure onboarding customers for new products such as Cards, Insurance, Loans etc. are done timely.

- Gather, review, and interpret qualitative & quantitative data to uncover new product insights.

- Define and create metrics to measure the success of customer mobile apps. Work on continuous enhancements at each stage of the life cycle.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Drive detailed PRD and its metrics to measure the performance.

Product Analytics / Research

- Form and test hypothesis using data from in built analytics, funnels, database & other sources.

- Conduct market research and develop insights into user behavior especially around user needs to improve existing products.

- Track product adoption, funnel conversions, A/B tests and optimize them to achieve business and product objectives.

Competition Research

- Conduct research on fintech and other competitive developments in the ecosystem in India or global.

- Ideate basis the research on new functionalities / products to be built.

Skills Required:

- MBA or equivalent preferred (Tier 1 college)

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management.

- Experience in building products on App in the domain of Banks, NBFC, Fintech, other Technology players preferred.

- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Well versed with Wire framing, BRD, PRD and feature detailing

- Comfortable with Tech Stack/Understanding of API Architecture

- Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
